mini hiatus
cornel louis gates hooks and i, ratchet darling mahogany onyx blak, are taking a mini hiatus until we reunite and make it feel so good. cornel’s internet connections are wack and i just don’t feel right telling people off without them.
just so you know, cornel’s preferred gender pronoun is they. mine is she. don’t trip.
anyway, so i want to thank all of the followers, all 300+ of you, for flocking to us and for rocking with us. as a seasoned tumblr user, i recognize some of your URLs. cornel is still learning the ways of the tumblr jedi.
we’ll return in about a week maybe. this blog may also start to follow new directions so bear with us as we try to decide how we want to use it to express our frustrations with the mecca of whiteness that we both have to live in. in the place where we share our experiences, white is not a color or a race, it’s a fucking mentality. think on that until we come back. maybe then you’ll understand our rage.
